 I got mine working by uninstalling and cleaning mysql5-devel.  This
 removed /opt/local/include/mysql5/mysql/plugin.h which I think was causing
 the issue.  I also had to use the -f option to activate qt4-mac because I
 had previously installed the binaries from mac.kde.org and the files were
 conflicting.
