 File::Temp is already provided by perl5.8 (and its version number is high
 enough), so that it is not necessary to depend on p5-file-temp, which is
 broken (needs -f).

 The attached patch also avoid installation of .orig files (due to the
 patches). And patch-lib-MIME-Tools.pm.diff is no longer necessary and can
 be removed.
