 Yes I ran clean.  I ran clean, ran install and noticed the lines which
 seemed to be an odd difference so synced, ran clean, ran install and the
 same diff was produced.  I think and agree that the diff is not relevant
 it is attached for your convenience and to demonstrate that there was
 little difference between the output with an empty and a non-empty
 /usr/local.
