In the header files of unixODBC, there are blank defines for
 ODBCINT64 and UODBCINT64.[[BR]]
There is a more thourough description on the
 [http://lists.ibiblio.org/pipermail/freetds/2009q1/024404.html freetds
 mailing list].[[BR]]
It causes problems in the unixODBC detection of the new Qt I am trying to
 build.

The problem has been fixed in the
 [http://unixodbc.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/unixodbc/unixODBC/ unixODBC
 CVS].[[BR]]
Attached is the CVS solution to be applied to the current version.

FreeBSD already applies the same patches
 [http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/databases/unixODBC/files
 /patch-include-sqltypes.h?rev=1.1;content-type=text%2Fplain patch-include-
 sqltypes.h]
 and
 [http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/databases/unixODBC/files
 /patch-exe-odbc-config.c?rev=1.1;content-type=text%2Fplain patch-exe-odbc-
 config.c]
 .
