 This is a dupe of ticket:17119

 I try to install texlive with "install textlive" and then it tries to
 download texlive_texmf-minimal-2007g0.tar.gz from several servers, but no
 one seems to have the file:

 Downloading in Australia was fluctuating between 1-4K/sec. On a machine in
 the US, I was able to download the same at ~300K/sec. The download from
 this machine back to my Mac was at around 2M/sec.

 Could the OpenBSD mirrors be rate limiting international access? Is there
 anything we can do to alleviate this issue?
