 There is a new release of Privoxy (current version in MacPorts is 3.0.10)
 and I've attached a patch to the Portfile based on the
 [http://trac.macports.org/wiki/howto/Upgrade Wiki HOWTO].  This upgrade of
 Privoxy already tries to not overwrite existing conf files (calling them
 things like "config.new"), but I kept the current Portfile's technique of
 renaming them by suffixing with "-dist" (so it is called "config.new-
 dist").
