 In tiffconf.h, SIZEOF_LONG should be different for 32 and 64 bit
 builds.[[BR]]
 Attached is a proposed fix.

 The patch should also fix #18076.

 Although off topic, -dylib_file is no longer needed with recent XCode
 releases.
