 When using easytag 2.1 to write unicode tags, I get the following error:

 You tried to save this tag to Unicode but it was detected that your
 version of id3lib is bugged.

 If you reload this file, some characters in the tag may be not displayed
 correctly.

 Please, apply to id3lib the patch
 src/id3lib/patch_id3lib_3.8.3_UTF16_writing_bug.diff available in the
 EasyTAG package sources.

 Note that this message will appear only one time.

 Would it be possible to update the port to include this patch?
