 FYI, it configures and builds fine for me on 10.5.6 Intel with Xcode
 3.1.2. Also, to cover all the bases, have you run the following?

 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 sudo port clean qt4-mac
 sudo port install qt4-mac
 }}}
