 Same as #18910

 The patch fixes this issue and puts documentation in
 `/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6/docs/py26-werkzeug/`
 rather than
 `/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6/docs/`
