 Are you asking me to become a macports member/maintainer? Because, until
 now I only match one criteria of the membership requirements [1] in that I
 submitted one single port ;). If that's enough, then why not (I already
 maintain Viking in the Arch Linux User Repository).

 I have to add though that my experience with subversion boils down to
 regularly pulling changes and creating diffs (though that could be changed
 of course by reading the docs).
