 Compiled und tested ''qucs'' 0.0.14 on ''Leopard''. Works as expected
 (including icon).
 I don't now how many ports you have installed. Maybe doing

 {{{
 port clean installed
 port -f uninstall installed
 port sync
 port install qucs
 }}}


 (sudo'ed) will help. You should find ''qucs'' below
 ''/Application/MacPorts'' in clickable fashion afterwards
