 Boost 1.38 has improved universal binary support through the bjam
 parameters {{{architecture}}} and {{{address-model}}}.

 I have attatched a patch for the Portfile from #18785, so that patch must
 be incorporated first. The universal variant is "hidden" in the post-patch
 phase and uses a lengthy if/else-block to determine the correct
 {{{architecture}}} and {{{address-model}}} values from
 {{{${universal_archs}}}}. Maybe someone has a good idea on how to simplify
 it.
