 I'm getting the exact same error. (See attached files).
 I upgraded to Xcode 3.1.2 from 3.1.1.

 I don't think I can remove stuff from /use/local as my mysql is there.
 I already removed graphviz that seemed to have something freetype related
 in it but nogo.

 I have a bunch of upgrades that are hanging in the queue because of this.
