 Portfile patch attached.

 Running Makefile.PL pops one warning:

 Note: libxml2 2.7.3 was not tested with this XML::LibXML version.

 `make test` shows no failures, so I suspect it's probably ok. I'll submit
 a note to the author as well, letting him know it seems to work fine.
