Comment:

 You will need to sync, upgrade glib2 to 2.20.1_1, then clean out any
 previous attempts to build any of the failing ports (such as atk and gtk-
 doc) before this will work. So:

 {{{
 sudo port sync
 sudo port upgrade glib2
 sudo port clean atk gtk-doc
 }}}

 Then try again.
