 Further digging through tickets reveals that the original maintainer has
 not been involved for over a year.  I believe this maintainer is no longer
 active, and we are therefore definitely removing him.

 Ocroquette: Thanks for the offer.  Let me know if you do want added as an
 openmaintainer in addition to me.
