Reporter: marcin.zalewski@… | Owner: gwright@…
Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: Normal | Milestone:
Component: ports | Version: 1.7.1
Keywords: ghc segfault | Port: ghc
---------------------------------------+------------------------------------
Comment(by marcin.zalewski@…):
OK. I am dropping the sudo part, since I have ports installed locally
(does it make any difference?).
{{{
shooty:reviews zalewski$ port selfupdate
MacPorts base version 1.710 installed
Downloaded MacPorts base version 1.710
The MacPorts installation is not outdated so it was not updated
shooty:reviews zalewski$ port clean ghc
---> Cleaning ghc
shooty:reviews zalewski$ port install ghc
---> Fetching ghc
On Mac OS X 10.5, ghc 6.10.3 requires Xcode 3.1.2 but you have Xcode 3.0.
Error: Target org.macports.fetch returned: incompatible Xcode version
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
}}}
Aha, something has changed under my feet. :)
