 When attempting to build a program that uses a particular clapack
 function, the linker complains that the symbol is undefined.  In
 particular, I get the following error message:

 -latlas main.c
 Undefined symbols:
   "_clapack_dgesv", referenced from:
       _biasfilter_update in cc65P2Zm.o
