New description:

 TiEmu is a multiplatform Texas Instruments calculators emulator, it has
 been ported on OS X and it relies on a few of the same libraries TiLP
 does.
 Once libraries have been ported per #13227  tiemu should be pretty
 straightforward.
 TiEmu homepage is  http://lpg.ticalc.org/prj_tiemu/
