Comment:

 Your patches are hardcoding /opt/local but should instead use ${prefix},
 usually by either patching and using something like {{{@@PREFIX@@}}} and a
 post-patch to reinplace that, or by reinplacing /usr/local directly.  See
 the [wiki:PortfileRecipes#hardcode_opt_local Portfile recipe entry].
