 evolution-data-server 2.26.2 fails to build while building the gtk-doc
 portion for me. This seems to be due to breakage in gtk-doc which I've
 described here:

   http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=584064

 Meanwhile, since gtk-doc is disabled by default, it shouldn't be enabled
 unless requested. I'm attaching a patch to the Portfile which makes this
 change.

 I'm also volunteering to maintain evolution-data-server separately.
