 Getting it to include /usr/include/malloc/malloc.h isn't quite the right
 way to fix it; it really shouldn't be trying to include malloc.h at all on
 the Mac; I've attached a patch to
 [http://code.google.com/p/cmockery/issues/detail?id=3 cmockery's bug for
 this issue] which takes care of it.  We can commit the port now using that
 patch if it works for you, or wait for it to be integrated upstream?
