New description:

 The current version of boost-build (2.0-m12) will add -Wno-long-double to
 the darwin toolset but with GCC 4.2 this is not supported. In the future
 version m13 this is fixed but it might be a while before it gets released
 and in this state it is unusable on 10.6. I took the part from version m13
 (as of revision r51326) that fixes the issue and added it to the existing
 patch.
