 The wrapper script for dnsmasq
 (/opt/local/etc/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.dnsmasq/dnsmasq.wrapper)
 specifies the use of /opt/local/etc/startup/dnsmasq.sh for starting and
 stopping the service, but there's no such shell script installed by the
 port.
