 I received the same hugs98 build errors manually building from sources, as
 well as using macports. The pdf file attached above is the complete output
 from a hugs98 manual build on Snow Leopard (11-15-2009) including
 configure and make. Macports build produces the same bad results.

 This is not good, obviously. On the positive side GHCi does run on Snow
 Leopard... although, the interactive is somewhat different than hugs98.

 Is someone working on this... what is the status?
