 Rasqal is up-to-date; however the default livecheck mechanism in its
 Portfile gives a false-positive, saying that it has been updated:
 {{{
 rasqal seems to have been updated (port version: 0.9.16, new version: RDF
 Query Library 0.9.16)
 }}}
 Attached please find a patch to that Portfile which fixes its broken
 livecheck functionality.
