Comment:

 I've attached my attempt at creating a Portfile for this.

 Note it uses a p7zip archive since there are no tags in the git repo
 (these people are crazy).  You can make one from inside the local git
 repo: `git archive HEAD > ~/cv.tar` Then go expand it and compress it
 using 7za.  This would then need uploaded to the MacPorts distfiles
 mirror.
