 This does not built for me.  I was only testing as a local portfile as per
 my suggestion another user do the same, who was in need.  There is mention
 in the notes of this trac that there are files, I only see a Portfile.

 Both dependencies built separate clean within ports.
 Here is the output of a full `sudo port -d install` from a local portfile
 setup

 I do not think this port is ready to go, it does not build for me and one
 other.
