Comment:

 What I've discovered is that although I installed Snow Leopard and Xcode
 3.2 on an empty drive, Migration Assistant migrated parts of my Tiger
 Xcode 2.x installation over, causing the error I reported. After using the
 Xcode uninstall script, and removing the remaining items in /Developer
 manually, and reinstalling Xcode, I now get the errors shown in #20910.
