#22703: mosml-dynlibs build fails on Snow Leopard due to missing configure file

 mosml-dynlibs fails to compile on Snow Leopard due to a missing configure
 file. [[BR]]

 In order to compile moscow ml, you do not need a configure file, instead
 you need
 to invoke directly make. Since I'm new to macports I do not know how to
 fix it myself.

 The following is the exact error message (everything before, including GNU
 gmp compiles well) [[BR]]

 ...
