 I would like to submit the attached Portfile.  cdf-to-fits is a program
 maintained by Goddard Space Flight Center for converting between two
 commonplace scientific data formats: CDF and FITS.

 Unfortunately, I cannot find any directions for installing a port that is
 not already indexed.  I would appreciate anyone's help on that.
