 When I try to build and install arm-elf-gcc, I get the falling error.

 I'm also attaching the entire typescript of the build attempt incase it is
 helpful.  Sorry about the size.

 I also submitted it for tick 21758, but upon closer inspection, I think
 that I'm having a different issue as I seem to be unable to build at all.
