 Look like a typo, but it causes a build failure.  Port is named lua-lua_gd
 and it should be lua-lua-gd.  The scripts for building this port reference
 the suggested name, not the current one.

 There are several other ports that are still looking for this port by it's
 old name of lua-gd.
