 After changing all occurrences of the lua-lua_gd to lua-lua-gd, this port
 will build.  Looking at the changelog of the port there are notes that the
 name was changed to match new distribution naming with the lua packages.
 This port is the only one in the lua set that has an _ in the name.  All
 others have -'s.
