 I'm seeing this problem, and the fix suggested here doesn't work for me
 (tried uninstalling openssl, which, btw, was NOT A COMFORTABLE THING);
 same error.  Reinstalled openssl; tried downgrading to an older openssl;
 nothing worked.  I'm on intel, so this isn't PPC specific.  Still seeing
 this:
