 I've attached two files: 1) a patch to take the existing cc65 Portfile
 from v2.12.0 to v2.13.0, and 2) a patch that should be applied to the
 existing 2.13.0 distribution, replacing the existing patch-makefiles.diff.
 Absent commit privileges, I was unable to update the port using svn, as
 suggested in the MacPorts Guide, 7.3.1.1.
