 The privoxy setup is incomplete and the daemon wont run right out of the
 box.

 The privoxy installer backs up default.action, then copies the file
 default.action.master over file default.action.

 The macports portfile should do something similar, or at least notify the
 user that this initialization needs performing by adding a line to the
 daemon startup message.
