 Please add the nav links (previous ticket, back to query, next ticket) to
 the bottom of the page.  When closing a ticket, the page loads down at the
 anchor of the last post; the navigation to go to the next ticket or the
 query that was used is at the top of the page.

 This is a lot of repetitive scrolling and can likely be fixed with little
 work.  Links near the bottom of the page would be an adequate solution.
