 Hi,

 I cannot build the +no_atlas variant of py26-numpy with atlas (3.8.3)
 installed.

 Steps to reproduce:
 - install py26-numpy default variants. atlas will be installed as a
 dependency.
 - uninstall py26-numpy and clean --all py26-numpy
 - install py26-numpy +no_atlas
 - numpy.show_config() shows numpy linked against atlas despite no_atlas
 specification.

 Uninstalling atlas results in py26-numpy +no_atlas building as expected
 (ie not using atlas).
