 Since [60013] was only commited 15 hours ago and already this many
 responses indicates how severe an issue this is.  Instead of having a
 blanket check for /usr/local  why not check specific things db46 will look
 for?  Or something along the lines of what [comment:ticket:22291:21 dojo@]
