 libsdl fails to build; the following is the very first build error:

 error: expected specifier-qualifier-list before 'NSQuickDrawView'
 }}}

 I expect this ancient class has finally been removed and libsdl isn't
 updated to use Quartz yet.  I read somewhere that this should have been
 fixed in 1.3 but that's not released yet.  Not sure what to do about this
 but it is holding up a few ports.
