 To be more precise, the immediate dependent of mp4v2 is faac which is
 reguired by gimp-gap and ffmpeg.

 gimp2 depends on gegl which in turn depends on ffmpeg

 The metaport gimp depends on gimp2 and possibly gimp-gap (through the
 +animation variant).
