 I configure Qt with :

 -examplesdir /opt/local/share/qt4-mac/examples/ -demosdir
 /opt/local/libexec/qt4-mac/demos -system-sqlite -openssl-linked
 -L/opt/local/lib -fast -no-qt3support -v -sdk
 /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk/ -cocoa
 }}}

 If an error occurs with something like 'struct WebCore::Event' it is an
 include clash with /opt/local/include/event.h

 Note : i use master branch from  git://gitorious.org/qt/qt.git
