New description:

 nox already caught the [changeset:27886 issue with the MacPorts OpenAL
 package itself], but the fix doesn't seem to have made the fetch source
 list.  An older version of MacPorts was able to find the 1.0 source at an
 old mirror, the latest MacPorts can't find any 1.0 sources and the 1.1
 version doesn't even show up on a search.
