 This is for a fresh install of Macports (v1.8.0 on Leopard 10.5.8 with
 Xcode 3.1.3).  The first thing I tried to install was duplicity.  All its
 dependencies installed fine, but duplicity failed while staging to
 destroot.  In install_egg_info, it got the following error.

 Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: can't read "python.prefix":
 no such variable
 }}}

 Since this was the first thing I tried to do after installing Macports,
 the only things installed are the dependencies required for duplicity.
