 Type nonpareil 15c, it runs and the emulation is running, but there is no
 LCD display.  I suspect issue with GTK or use of GTK.  This is not a
 problem with Linux or Windows.  The other calcs are fine, only 11c, 12c,
 15c, and 16c affected.
