 Just making a dynamic link allows ffmpeg to run:
 sudo ln -s /opt/local/lib/libfaad.0.dylib /opt/local/lib/libfaad.2.dylib

  Although I have not tested any media that actually use faad2, so I am not
 sure if this is a good fix or not!
