 The first error seems to be

 I see it too. I believe this software just needs to be updated for the new
 version of mp4v2. There is already an
 [https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2848577&group_id=67873&atid=519273
 upstream bug report] stating it does not work with 1.9.1.
