 Given I maintain the ice-cpp port which directly links against mcpp,
 this is a formal request to make the mcpp port openmaintainer so
 it can be more easily maintained.

 Also, we need to patch it with this patch:

 http://www.zeroc.com/forums/patches/4445-patch-1-mcpp-2-7-2-a.html

 as it prevents ice-cpp from being built, see #21275.
